Does the LM2596 get hot?
Do these VV boards get hot at all? I wanna do a box, but the smallest form factor i can possibly safely solder, so the board won't have a lot of room, do these things get overly hot?

RE: Does the LM2596 get hot?
using them in an ecig the way we do i haven't noticed any heat from them, if you were running the board with a constant draw then you might need to worry about heat. i put one in a 4 AA battery box and never had a problem with any heating up in that and that had no spare room at all.
