hi just wondered if it would be possible to show instead of the screw on a lm 2596 board how to remove it and put something like a turn knob as the screw is doing my head in,would make a good show i think

Thanks Steve, i know just what you mean those 25 turn potentiometers can be a real pain.

i will have a look at that for you. i'm not sure but it may appear in next weeks show.................assuming i can get it to work lol

no because of the way they operate i'm afraid they don't that is one thing you will have to watch with them. this is where the ones with the built in selectable display come in very handy as it lets you monitor the overall charge state of the battery's, used in this way way you would know when it reads around 7 volts (3.5 + 3.5) it's time to think about taking them out to charge them.
